Hanoi Emerald Water Hotel offers an amazing stay with its superb location in the Old Quarter, combined with clean and spacious rooms. The staff are genuinely attentive and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The dining options are plentiful and tasty, but the only drawback might be that the breakfast could use a few more options to really shine. Overall, it’s a fantastic value for money in a great spot.

I had an incredible stay at Hanoi Emerald Water Hotel & Spa! The service was exceptional, and the staff, especially Zoey and Ms. Kim, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect, being so close to various eateries and sightseeing spots. My only slight disappointment was that not all rooms have a view, but that didn't take away from the experience. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for a relaxing stay in Hanoi.
