I had an amazing three-night stay at the Hanoi Emerald Waters Hotel Valley, perfectly located in the heart of Old Town. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Justin who went out of his way to make my birthday special with a beautifully arranged room and a cake. The only downside was that the hotel is a bit hidden, but it wasn't tough to find. I already can't wait to come back!

The only downside might be the breakfast, which, while decent, was at a sister hotel across the street, requiring a quick walk. I recently stayed at the Hanoi Emerald Waters Hotel Valley for 2 nights and I can confidently say it was the highlight of my trip to Vietnam! The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Old Town, making it super convenient to explore. While the breakfast options could be improved to cater to Western tastes, the warmth and attentiveness of the staff made my stay truly special. I'll definitely be back!
